• Our data comes from periodic captures of active listings — what was on the market when we looked, not a complete history. Sold and past listings aren't available to us.
• Each listing credits the agent(s) named on it in the listing data, applied the same way for every agent.
• We cover a defined and growing set of Canadian markets; activity outside them isn't reflected.
• Rankings are our editorial opinion, applying stated criteria uniformly. We don't accept payment for placement and we correct verified data errors promptly — hello@realestateagentfinder.ca.
