About our data

Our data comes from periodic captures of active listings — what was on the market when we looked, not a complete history. Sold and past listings aren't available to us.
Each listing credits the agent(s) named on it in the listing data, applied the same way for every agent.
We cover a defined and growing set of Canadian markets; activity outside them isn't reflected.
Rankings are our editorial opinion, applying stated criteria uniformly. We don't accept payment for placement and we correct verified data errors promptly — hello@realestateagentfinder.ca.
